We work directly with the Buyer and Seller Clients, Realtors and Lenders to insure a smooth transaction for your closing. We prepare all the necessary paperwork and settlement statements for a successful transfer of ownership and coordinate with the lender for their paperwork for buyers.
We handle the Escrow of the closing to insure that all proceeds are paid to appropriate parties after all required documentation has been executed.
