I have known and worked with Mitchell Land & Title since 2005. They are some of the first people that I met when I became a real estate agent and that has continued to be a blessing. I have had several closings with them working with the buyer or seller and sometimes when both the buyer and seller are my clients. They are completely professional and very knowledgeable about anything that has to do with closings and title work. We have had several closings that if we did not close by a certain date, we would not be closing at all and thanks to their ability and willingness to work hard; we have closed the transaction each and every time. Recently I had a situation with a short sale that although there were several times when I thought that the transaction could not possibly close, they continued to work with me, my clients and the negotiator to come to an agreement. Although the situation was very frustrating for all involved, they worked diligently to complete this transaction and we closed on New Year's Eve.
